Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Ready Tasker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and access

The Service is invite-only. Access is granted by a workspace administrator and may be changed or revoked at any time. You must use a valid Google account that you are authorized to use.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Notify your administrator if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• attempting to access data you are not authorized to see;
• disrupting, probing, or overloading the Service or its infrastructure;
• uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or
• using the Service to violate any applicable law or your organization’s policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your workspace. You are responsible for the content you submit and for any third-party links (such as Google Drive files) you attach.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (for example, Google sign-in and Drive links). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Fees

Some workspaces are billed a per-seat subscription fee. Fees are quoted at sign-up, charged in advance for the subscription term, and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees for a future term with advance notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Availability and “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no uptime, availability, or service-level commitment, and support is provided on a best-effort basis. This applies equally to paid and unpaid workspaces. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and it may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data (see the export option in your workspace settings).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready Tasker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

Your access may be suspended or terminated at any time, including by your workspace administrator. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
